Gymnastics classes for people of all abilities aged 16 and above. Classes will be released for pre-booking every two months, and each class has a maximum attendance of 30 participants: first-come, first-served. Classes will involve a mixture of gymnastics-based fitness circuits, fundamental skill development and use of our Artistic equipment.
